I would go for a size slightly wider than the actual window if there is no exact match as you can always gather the curtain slightly more on the curtain rod. If if there is no size close to one or two of your windows, then custom kitchen curtains are the best option to get all three windows looking good as if one curtain is very gathered and the others are not so much it will look odd.
